The role…

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems using .NET Core and microservices architecture. You will play a key role in building high-performance APIs, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system reliability and scalability. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, secure, and maintainable backend solutions that drive business success.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET Core and microservices.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrate them with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to define technical solutions.
• Manage version control and collaboration workflows using Git.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for seamless deployment.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.

What we’re looking for…

• 4–8 years of experience in backend development using .NET Core.
• Proven expertise in microservices architecture and backend system design.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and release management.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL and PostgreSQL — schema design, queries, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Git for version control, branching, and merging workflows.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud-native patterns and security best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
