Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python and PHP development, with expertise in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. In addition to technical proficiency, the Senior Backend Developer will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for mission-critical applications, e-commerce platforms, and CRM software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and implement scalable backend architectures.
• Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle and ensure rapid and reliable deployment.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of backend development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and optimal performance of backend systems.
• Work closely with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design documentation, and testing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in backend development using Python and PHP, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI, for automated testing, build, and deployment.
• Proficiency in database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivering software solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
