Scope of Work
The Selected Azure Full Stack Architect Will
- Lead the transition of knowledge and ownership from the current development team to the new project team.
- Collaborate with project leaders, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Architect, design, and oversee development of enterprise applications hosted on Azure PaaS using .NET Core and ReactJS/Angular.
- Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy applications following approved architecture frameworks and DevOps standards.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security, scalability, and performance guidelines.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, user stories, test cases, and deployment plans.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and engineers, ensuring code quality, architecture compliance, and timely delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance application performance, data integration, and cloud-native modernization efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- 15+ years of overall IT experience, including 6–8 years in Solution Architecture and 5–6 years in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Web Development using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
- Proficiency in .NET Core (C#) and client-side scripting using TypeScript with ReactJS 18 (Angular experience also acceptable).
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure PaaS services, including:
- Azure Functions, Web Apps, Logic Apps, Application Insights,
- Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB / DocumentDB, Azure Data Factory.
- Expertise in database design, query optimization, and stored procedure troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of Entity Framework or equivalent ORM frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, and Notification Hubs for event-driven architectures.
- Experience in migrating on-premise applications to Azure PaaS.
- Exposure to SAP-to-SQL integration and data pipeline orchestration.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for CI/CD, code repository, and deployment management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and SAFe Agile environments.
Leadership & Process Skills
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams of 10+ developers across distributed geographies.
- Skilled in conducting code reviews, architecture governance, and technical risk management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project transitions, knowledge transfer, and cross-functional collaboration.
Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
- SAFe Agile Certification (highly desired).
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
