Job Title: Manager – Statutory Audit

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Statutory Audit to lead and manage statutory audit engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in accounting and auditing standards, proven leadership abilities to guide audit teams, and the capability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage statutory audit assignments in compliance with applicable auditing standards.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with Accounting Standards, Ind AS, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit reports, management letters, and recommendations to strengthen internal controls and processes.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve audit-related issues and queries.
• Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting, auditing, and regulatory frameworks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits, preferably with mid/large CA firms.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax, Ind AS, Accounting Standards, and Auditing Standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience managing teams.
