Senior Associate, US HR Shared Services (EST Shift)

As a Senior Associate in HR Shared Services at Cvent in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in managing HR processes, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR support, policy compliance, continuous improvement, collaboration, and teamwork. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with audits and compliance tasks. Your focus will be on providing seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, handling offboarding procedures efficiently, and acting as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
