As an individual with 0 to 6 months of experience (having internship experience in operations would be an added advantage), you have an exciting opportunity in Noida Sector 63 to work from the office as an immediate joiner. We are looking for graduates/ MBA pursuing candidates, and freshers are welcome to apply with a preference for female candidates. Your main responsibility will involve managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping, along with handling HR-related queries and supporting employee engagement. You will be required to monitor and record employee attendance, manage leave records, and collaborate with department heads to address any discrepancies. Additionally, your role will include fostering employee engagement through excellent communication and people skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel.
