Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 3 days a week/ Mon Fri) Shift: 2 11pm About upGrad Enterprise: • The B2B arm of upGrad (South Asias largest edtech leader), a global leader in online education & workforce training • Trusted by Fortune 500 companies & global enterprises for corporate learning • 1000+ corporate clients served across industries like IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing & more • Expertise in upskilling employees through customized, industry-relevant training programs Role Overview: Were seeking a dynamic Associate/ Sr. Associate Sourcing to build and manage our pool of corporate trainers, instructors, SMEs, and tech experts for enterprise training programs. Youll collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and clients to curate top-tier instructors, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless program delivery all while balancing profitability and competitive positioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expert Sourcing & Curation Identify and onboard high-quality trainers, SMEs, and industry experts across in- demand tech stacks (e.g., Data Science, AI, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity etc.). Build a scalable, diverse expert pool to meet client needs (India + International). 2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Partner with KAMs to deeply understand client requirements and propose tailored expert solutions. Negotiate commercials with SMEs/vendors to ensure successful partnerships and profitability. 3. Deal Acceleration & Client Success Close client requests within 24-hour TAT by matching the right experts to training needs. Support KAMs in pitching and closing critical deals by offering competitive SME proposals. 4. Community & Quality Assurance Manage and engage the contracted expert community to ensure high delivery standards. Continuously refine the expert pool based on market trends and feedback. Ideal Candidate Profile: • Experience: 2-5 years in vendor management, tech sourcing, or L&D solutions (tech/edtech/corporate training preferred). Skills: Strong negotiation and business acumen to balance quality and profitability. Ability to quickly grasp tech trends (e.g., GenAI, Cloud, Data Engineering etc.). Stakeholder management (internal teams + external SMEs/clients). Cross functional collaboration to ensure successful program delivery.
