  • Create high-quality, platform-native copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook with a strong understanding of tone, storytelling, and audience behavior.
  • Write engaging captions, headlines, and scripts that drive reach, engagement, and conversation.
  • Maintain editorial accuracy, brand voice consistency, and storytelling clarity across formats.


Design & Visual Storytelling


  • Design visually compelling creatives including static posts, carousels, infographics, and templates aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to translate stories into high-impact visual formats.
  • Continuously improve visual quality based on performance insights and platform trends.


Video Creation & Editing


  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms.
  • Edit reels, explainers, event snippets, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content using industry-standard tools.
  • Ensure videos are optimized for platform formats, attention spans, and storytelling flow.
  • On-Ground Event Coverage
  • Cover on-ground events including conferences, conclaves, panel discussions, and award shows.
  • Capture live moments, speaker bytes, audience interactions, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Deliver real-time and post-event social content with speed, accuracy, and creativity.


Camera Presence & On-Screen Communication

  • Confidently appear on camera for reels, explainers, interviews, live updates, and event coverage.
  • Conduct basic on-camera interviews and bite-sized content with industry leaders and speakers.
  • Represent the brand professionally and confidently in on-ground and digital environments.


Industry Research & Trend Awareness


  • Research and track trending topics across industry, business, technology, HR, and workplace ecosystems.
  • Identify content opportunities based on breaking news, reports, leadership movements, and social trends.
  • Translate complex industry insights into simple, engaging social media narratives.


Platform Strategy & Performance


  • Understand platform-specific best practices, algorithms, and content formats.
  • Analyze post performance and use insights to improve content strategy and engagement.
  • Experiment with new formats, storytelling styles, and platform features to drive growth.


Collaboration & Ownership


  • Work closely with editorial, video, design, and marketing teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
  • Take ownership of assigned content buckets, events, or social series end-to-end.
  • Ensure timely execution, quality control, and adherence to publishing schedules.
