Title: Senior Associate - RA

Role overview:
As a Senior Associate you will ensure accurate reconciliation of partner statements, manage financial and operational queries, and support dispute resolution to maintain seamless global money movement. Your role includes preparing MIS data, invoicing, accounting, and audit support while adhering to SLAs and driving cross-functional collaboration.Primary Responsibilities
▪ Reconciliation of Partner Statements: Align partner statements with internal operational and financial systems. Identify and analyze root cause analysis (RCA) for discrepancies.▪ Reporting and Follow-ups: Prepare reports and follow up on reconciliation line items based on service-level agreements (SLA). Ensure timely recovery for outstanding items.▪ Management Information Systems (MIS): Prepare and maintain accurate MIS data for reporting and analysis.▪ Partner Engagement: Collaborate with partners at various integration levels to ensure smooth operations. Provide cross-functional support for dispute resolution.▪ Invoicing and Settlements: Handle partner invoicing under the post-funding model. Ensure settlements are completed in adherence to SLA timelines.▪ Query Management: Manage internal and external queries related to reconciliation processes.▪ Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform receipts, payments, and general accounting tasks.▪ Ad-hoc Support and Audits: Assist in ad-hoc tasks and provide support during audits as required.▪ Focus on Global Money Movement: Ensure accuracy in numbers to maintain the integrity of global money movement while performing daily activities.Secondary Responsibilities:
▪ Minimum Graduate with 2 years of experience in Finance sector or BPO industry.▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.▪ Ability to take ownership and work on own initiatives and as part of a team.▪ Commitment to working the hours required to fulfil the job, including flexibility of working in shifts.▪ Experience in MS Office tools, especially Excel, knowledge of SQL & Python would be an added advantageWhy TerraPay:
