Job Description

Maintain accurate asset records in the asset management system.

Prepare and analyse asset data reports (e.g. dashboards) to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.

Support the asset acquisition, deployment and disposal processes.

Assist in conducting asset audits and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.

Manage and maintain software licensing to ensure compliance.

Mandatory skill sets

Understanding of asset lifecycle management

Experience in using CMDB / Asset Management Tool, License tracking tools like Flexara

Strong knowledge of inventory management and auditing.

Proficient in data entry.

Proficient in asset and software tracking.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes.

Knowledge of licensing and compliance requirements.

Experience in data analysis and reporting in order to generate insights.

Basic understanding of ficial concepts and strategies.
