𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀: 2 (Two)

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

 • The candidate(s) must be a law graduate.

 • Candidate holding a minimum PQE of 4-5 years in Trademark (TM) & Copyright (CR) Litigation especially CR & TM suits. 

 • The candidate(s) should be well versed with the practice & procedure at District as well as High Courts for both criminal as well as civil recourse.

 • The candidate(s) should be proficient in Research in all the national as well as international research portals such as Manupatra, SCC, Webster, Jstore, etc.

 • The candidate(s) would be required to contribute on a full-time basis.

 • The candidate(s) must also have experience in handling corporate matters.

 • The candidate(s) must be open for travelling to handle outstation matters.

 • The candidate(s) must be proficient in English & Hindi.

 • The candidate(s) should be punctual, focused, and committed to the profession.

 • The candidate(s) who is immediately available to join will be preferred.

 • The candidate(s) must have their names in at least 3 court orders w.r.t. TM Suits/CR Suits in any Court across India.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Organizing case files, preparing briefs, conducting extensive legal research, legal drafting, etc. especially w.r.t. Trademark & Copyrights Suits as a civil recourse alongside assist in arbitration proceedings and the research and drafting of Statements & Replies accordingly.

 • Providing Legal opinions on TM & CR matters for the client.

 • Managing and maintaining the TM & CR portfolio of the Clients w.r.t. Litigation.

 • Attending Court proceedings.

 • Preparation of Court documents & Assisting in Court filings including online filings at Courts within India.

 • Briefing Senior Counsel, if required.

 • Preparing reports for the client.

 • Any other responsibility on a need basis.
