Job Description: Singh Law Chambers LLP is opening job posts for Associates.

Number of Vacancies: 2 (Two)

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

- The candidate(s) must be a law graduate.

- Candidate holding a minimum PQE of 3+years in Court Practice/Litigation especially in Trial Courts & High Courts.

- The candidate(s) should be proficient in Research in all the national as well as international research portals such as Manupatra, SCC, Webster, Jstore, etc.

- The candidate(s) would be required to contribute on a full-time basis.

- The candidate(s) must also have experience in handling corporate matters.

- The candidate(s) must be open for travelling to handle outstation matters.

- The candidate(s) must be proficient in English & Hindi.

- The candidate(s) should be punctual, focused, and committed to the profession.

- The candidate(s) who is immediately available to join will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Conducting extensive legal research.

- Legal drafting in accordance with Trial Courts & High Courts

- Attending Court proceedings

- Preparation of Court documents.

- Assisting/Undertaking in Court filings in both Trial & High Courts

- Preparing reports, presentations for the client.

- Any other responsibility on a need basis.

Salary: As per industry standards
