About The Role The Product Operations team is responsible for supporting the Product team in defining and executing its strategic roadmap and delivering to clients. As an Associate, you'll play a crucial role in driving our product team forward. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes and , and ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives that align with our architectural vision. Key Responsibilities Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategies. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to gather insights. Data Analysis: Identify opportunities for product enhancements through thorough data analysis. Strategic Planning: Assist in creating product roadmaps and strategic plans. Reporting: Prepare and present reports to communicate findings and recommendations. Monitor Performance: Track product performance metrics and suggest improvements. Product Operations Support: Work closely with the Product Operations manager to support various product operations initiatives including team coordination, process improvement, process implementation Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years experience in relevant fields such as management consulting, operations, product management, or a related field. Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the telecommunications industry Familiarity with domain-driven design, microservices architecture, or related concepts Knowledge of BSS (Business Support Systems) or related telco platforms Understanding of agile methodologies and product management practices Show more Show less
