Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Associate to join our Virtual Office Solutions team at our Gurugram office. This is a client-facing, full-time, on-site role focused on B2B sales and end-to-end virtual office service management. Your Responsibilities Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming leads from various channels. Conduct timely follow-ups and guide leads through the sales pipeline. Understand client needs and offer customized virtual office solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a seamless experience. Stay updated on myHQ’s offerings and relevant industry trends. Use CRM tools to track interactions, maintain records, and analyze conversion data. Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead management and client servicing. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate across teams Strong command over Excel , data analytics, and reporting tools Excellent verbal and written communication & negotiation skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Show more Show less
