Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Markets Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept in digital marketing and social media strategy, while also supporting broader market research, business development, and client engagement initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with analytical thinking to help strengthen our market presence and brand positioning.

The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

  • Manage and grow the firm's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, create, and execute digital campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Develop content calendars, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for reach and effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Markets And Business Development Support

  • Research industries, competitors, and clients to support market-entry and growth strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral for client pitches.
  • Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, including outreach campaigns and events/webinars.
  • Support client engagement and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Supporting the business development initiatives through data mining from websites like Crunchbase/ Apollo, etc.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's - preferably in Marketing or a similar field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with an eye for design and detail.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
