Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own and deliver the sales pipeline target for the assigned territory,
Generate sales opportunities in the healthcare technology space such as population health management, customer relationship management, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies in the US market,
Research accounts and identify key personas to target,
Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn to decision-makers in enterprise accounts,
Test and improve prospecting and qualification strategies through regular experimentation and analysis,
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and collaborate for a smooth handoff,
Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including meeting generation, meeting completion, and opportunity conversion,
Maintain CRM hygiene.

Preferred candidate profile

4-5 years of experience in outbound prospecting in the US market for SaaS companies (Enterprise SaaS preferred),
Strong communication, interpersonal, and objection-handling skills,
A proven track record of exceeding targets,
The ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Proficiency in using CRM software, dialers, and sales engagement tools,
Willingness to work from the office during US timings (5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST).
