Role Overview:

This role involves end-to-end international recruitment and operations for sourcing and onboarding top industry talent for upGrad programs under SGC/MC. It includes managing hiring processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing pay structures and operations, and ensuring smooth transitions through effective communication, data management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing for relevant profiles for recruiting under SGC/MC across multiple programs in upGrad. Hiring the best industrial talents across different program verticals.
• Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions and hiring completion for all cohort targets.
• Planning, implementing, and establishing coach/mentor relations and upGrad’s programs, work expectations and remuneration slabs.
• Supporting associated departments by establishing/undertaking a recruiting process, testing benchmarks and setting interviews for the respective program. Counselling interviewers on candidate selection, conducting and analysing interviews and recommending changes.
• Preparing candidates for assignments or other terms as mentioned by SGC/MC team and establishing broad-work orientation, setting expectations for a smooth work-flow transition.
• Maintaining and keeping a track on a pay plan by periodically analysing pay structures, tracking fixed/variable budgets, costs and managing overheads. Scheduling and conducting Job/work order evaluations; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Maintaining and updating data records, liaisoning with legal, finance and operational teams for on boarding & grievance handling of the candidates/selections.
• Performance management by creating SOPs, process document, training modules, tracking and meeting targets before deadlines.
