Contact new and existing clients (advertisers or agencies) via calls, chats, and emails to identify sales opportunities.
• Understand client business goals and recommend the most suitable digital advertising solutions. • Drive optimal product adoption to enhance overall client experience and satisfaction. • Manage and grow a portfolio of small and medium business (SMB) clients, when applicable. • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support within the defined scope of products and services. • Develop in-depth expertise in digital advertising solutions and platforms. • Identify trends, analyze performance data, and proactively resolve client challenges. • Share valuable product insights and feedback based on advertiser interactions and usage experience. • Create and showcase success stories of clients who achieve business growth using digital solutions. • Utilize internal tools effectively to communicate with clients and drive their business success.
