Job Description

  1. Marketing Strategy & Direction

  • Define weekly and monthly marketing strategy (pre-launch launch)
  • Decide content themes, narratives, and tone (education-first, ban-safe)
  • Translate founder vision into clear marketing plans
  1. Campaign Planning & Ownership

  • Plan organic and paid campaigns (Meta, Google UAC post-launch)
  • Own launch campaigns, referral campaigns, and influencer collaborations
  • Decide budget allocation and messaging (not just execution)
  1. Content Governance

  • Guide and review content created by external posting/design teams
  • Ensure language is platform-safe (Meta, Google, X policies)
  • Maintain consistency across Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube
  • Create and post daily content across platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Prepare weekly social media calendars and campaign plans.
  • Write captions, short-form text, and simple educational content.
  • Monitor trends and create timely, relevant posts.
  • Shape the digital world of Qatobit
  1. Vendor & Influencer Management

  • Coordinate with social media agencies, creators, and freelancers
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Negotiate and manage influencer collaborations (micro-creators)
  1. Analytics & Feedback Loop

  • Track basic growth metrics (reach, engagement, installs, conversions)
  • Identify whats working and whats not
  • Present weekly insights and next-step recommendations to Founder
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth).
  • Prepare weekly insights to improve strategies.
  • Suggest optimizations based on data.
  1. Founder Communication

  • Weekly structured updates (not vanity metrics)
  • Clear action plans and priorities
  • Flag risks (ban risks, wasted spend, wrong messaging)
  1. Community Interaction

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions.
  • Grow followers organically through smart engagement.
  • Coordinate with the Content & Design teams for campaigns
  1. Brand Building

  • Maintain consistent brand tone, colors, and messaging.
  • Share creative ideas for reels, stories, and viral content.
  • Assist during campaign launches and announcements.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, X, LinkedIn trends.
  • Basic Canva or creative editing experience.
  • Excellent communication & copywriting skills.
  • Awareness of crypto, finance, or willingness to learn fast.
  • Understanding of short-form video content (Reels).
  • Strong Understanding of SEO, UX and Performance Marketing Principles
  • Passion for creative storytelling and digital brand building.

Mindset (Very Important)

  • Calm, structured, and practical
  • Risk-aware (especially with compliance-sensitive industries)
  • Comfortable taking ownership
  • Thinks long-term, not hype-driven

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media.
  • Any degree (Marketing/Design/Communication preferred).
  • Crypto interest is a strong advantage.
