The role of Senior Area Sales Manager at Square Yards is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram. The Senior Area Sales Manager will be accountable for managing and leading a sales team, devising and executing sales strategies, and attaining sales targets. The responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders. Moreover, the role entails monitoring sales performance, providing training and mentorship to team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include experience in Sales Management, encompassing team leadership and strategy development. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of market research and business development, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking is essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory, and experience in the real estate or proptech industry would be advantageous.,
