Senior Analyst - Treasury Operations

We are looking for a talented and experienced senior analyst with sound knowledge and experience in Treasury Operations for one of our global Retail Banking Clients.

·         Execute daily cash positioning and liquidity management, including monitoring account balances and forecasting cashflows.

·         Process and settle all treasury transactions in a timely and accurate manner, including domestic and international wire transfers, ACH payments, and forex settlements.

·         Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity and regulatory reports such as FR 2900, FR 2052a etc.,

·         Assist in the administration and maintenance of the bank’s treasury investment portfolio including fixed income securities and money market instruments.

·         Assist in the administration of funding programs such as brokered deposits, FHLB advances, and other borrowing facilities.

·         Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of cash, securities and derivative positions with the general ledger; identify, investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

·         Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports for the senior management including cashflow forecasts, liquidity analysis and transaction summaries.

• Collaborate with accounting, ALM, risk management, financial control, treasury and operations teams to ensure seamless process flow.

Skills Required:

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations roles.

·         Deep knowledge of the end-to-end treasury operations business process lifecycle.

·         Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to dissect and interpret complex financial data.

·         Exposure to payment systems (Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH) and treasury management systems (Kyriba, FIS Integrity, SAP, Finastra etc.,).

·         Awareness of automation techniques and hands on experience with tools like SQL, VBA and Python will be an added benefit.

Fluency in verbal and written communication; skilled in preparation of MIS reports and presentation to partner teams, senior managers and executive leadership.
