The team supports Deloitte’s leaders with strategic thinking and program management support for their go-to-market strategies, eminence agenda, and impact on our clients.Work you’ll doYou will work on projects that are typically high-impact, high-visibility work aligned to develop or support Deloitte firm leadership’s strategic priorities. Projects often involve collaboration across workstreams to ensure coordination and alignment. The professional will need to frame or refine hypotheses, analyze a large volume of quantitative and qualitative data, and communicate (verbal and written) executive-audience-ready insights, trends, and next steps, as appropriate.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeDemonstrate expertise at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and technology by identifying connections, patterns, and actionable insights.Lead insights projects independently, managing the full lifecycle from initial concept through to final delivery with minimal oversight.Analyze and interpret trends & data to draw meaningful conclusions and develop targeted recommendations aligned with project objectives.Prepare comprehensive reports and executive briefs; review and refine deliverables from junior team members, providing guidance on structuring outputs for clarity and impact.Deliver data-driven analysis and insights to inform strategic planning, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.Mentor and oversee junior team members, ensuring deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and quality.Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions, integrating a holistic understanding of project requirements and Deloitte’s capabilities to propose effective solutions.Support and manage special initiatives, applying best practices in project and time management while maintaining adherence to quality standards.Qualifications RequiredMBA from a recognized and highly regarded business school.At least four years of experience in strategy development or supporting global CxO offices.Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning, with exceptional skills in research, analysis, and presentation.Well-versed in applying strategic frameworks such as the Choice Cascade, Balanced Scorecard, and Strategy Diamond, with the ability to adapt or redesign frameworks to address specific business challenges.Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros and pivot tables) and PowerPoint (with expertise in data visualization, brand alignment, and creating interactive presentations).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to distill and present complex concepts clearly and succinctly to senior executives.Track record of delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations directly to senior leadership.Practical experience working with Generative AI tools; familiarity with prompt engineering is a plus.Experience: 4-6 YearsLocation: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ GurgaonTimings: 11 AM to 8 PMThe teamCoRe Research & Insights (CoRe R&I) provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms in support of pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements.
