Your Role Accountabilities: 

Project Management& ProjectOperations

• Manage project plans and schedules 

• Manage project resources, both human and technological 

• Manage and track project financials and procurement  

•  Participate in strategic planning for infrastructure programs 

• Lead the process of gathering project requirements and developing solutions  

• Assist management with special assignments, such as evaluating vendors, gathering/evaluating consultant proposals, or other responsibilities as requested 

Qualifications & Experiences: 

• 5+ years of experience of managing multiple technical, network and infrastructure related projects  

• Familiarity and knowledge of technical aspects of infrastructure components (network, servers, storage, cloud, data center, etc.) 

• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of technical and non-technical staff. 

• Able to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through to completion. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and problem resolution in a cross-functional team. 

• Able to drive the definition of project scope, develop detailed project plans, and facilitate the collection of engineering, operational, and business requirements. 

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. 

• Able to clearly, concisely, and regularly communicate status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders. 

• Able to function effectively and consistently when faced with frequently changing and sometimes ambiguous goals. 

• Demonstrable experience of delivering projects on time and on budget. 

• Flexibility to work multiple shifts as needed to support project delivery. 

• Expertise in using project management methodologies and software, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow Portfolio Management, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) 

Not Required but preferred experience: 

• Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including  

• Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience 

• PMP Certification a plus
