As an IT Helpdesk Analyst, candidate should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience.A problem-solving attitude with an ability to work with your team to achieve specific goals.Excellent communication Skills written & verbal

Describe Role & Responsibilities :

The candidate should have had experience in the following activities:Coordinate and/or perform hands-on fixes at the desktop / laptop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, configuring / troubleshooting desktop / laptop systems, Mobiles, Windows 10, Mac, Outlook, Citrix, email clients and applications.L1/L2 support for System and network troubleshootingAccess software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaintsSupport India as well as onsite international usersOwn and execute IT asset movement and managementAbility to install and troubleshoot All in One and Laser Printers.Escalation ManagementUnderstanding of Microsoft Windows systems and network security conceptsComfortable in working in rotational shiftsGood in analyzing root cause and providing the resolution

Specific Domain / Technical / Functional skills:

Proven work experience as an IT AnalystSolid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audienceCustomer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitudeTeamwork skills.
