Senior AI Consultant (Copilot Studio / AgentForce)

The Role:

AI strategy, governance, and industrialisation

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and deployment of AI copilots and agent-based solutions in

  Sales & Marketing contexts

  .
• Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases that

  improve efficiency, personalisation, and decision-making

  .
• Apply frameworks such as

  AI governance, ROI capture, and scalability principles

  (as highlighted in Schneider’s AI journey) to ensure sustainable adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, data, IT) to build

  enterprise-ready, governed AI solutions

  .
• Provide expert guidance on

  Copilot Studio or AgentForce

  , including architecture, integration, and best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales & Marketing leadership on

  AI literacy, risk mitigation, and change management

  .

What we're looking for in our applicants:

• Proven

  hands-on expertise

  with either

  Microsoft Copilot Studio

  (preferred, given Schneider’s maturity) or

  Salesforce AgentForce

  .
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in

  AI assistants, chatbots, or agent-based automation

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Sales & Marketing processes

  , including CRM, customer engagement, and campaign management.
• Ability to link AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes (

  ROI, efficiency gains, customer experience improvements

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Experience working with

  global enterprise clients

  (preferably in

  energy or industrial sectors

  ) is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  AI governance frameworks, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems

  .
• Exposure to

  AI accelerators

  and collaborative intelligence platforms (Agentic AI) is a plus.
