Senior Advisor - Retail Promotions

In this role of Senior Advisor - Promotions at bp's Customers & Products (C&P) business area, your main responsibility will be to support administrative activities associated with planning and driving retail and digital promotional activities. Your duties will include coordinating with suppliers for product information, maintaining and updating the site/POS database, supporting communication related to promotions with site/operational teams, and assisting in planning and executional activities. You will be working in a dynamic environment that focuses on enhancing customer experience and driving innovation through global capabilities and technology expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain the site/POS database with accurate and up-to-date details and new site POS requirements - Review current promotional processes and identify opportunities for process improvement - Ensure all process documents are maintained accurately - Support the ANZ M&C team and suppliers regarding promotions enquiries - Coordinate with the Marketing team for marketing campaign inclusions in the monthly promotional program - Coordinate the provision of digital POS for nominated sites - Source images for new products from suppliers along with relevant terms and conditions **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of retail experience, including retail operations and/or retail support - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Proven commercial acumen - Ability to think analytically and solve problems - Experience in design and execution of promotional/marketing campaigns is highly desirable This role will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of the bp strategy for customers and teams in the ANZ business, playing a crucial role in achieving both company and local strategies. The shift timing for this position is from 3:00 am to 12:00 pm IST. Negligible travel is expected, and relocation assistance within the country is available for this role. Remote working is not an option for this position.
