Senior Admin Manager

The Sanskriti School (CBSE) Sr. Secondary School, Bhopal

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Senior Admin Manager to oversee the school’s administrative operations, ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, and support the management in maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the school campus.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of front office, transport, security, housekeeping, and support staff.
  • Implement and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and systems.

2. Staff Management & Coordination

  • Supervise and coordinate administrative, clerical, and support staff.
  • Prepare duty rosters, leave records, attendance, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of non-teaching staff.

3. Infrastructure & Facilities Management

  • Manage school infrastructure, classrooms, labs, hostels (if applicable), and common areas.
  • Oversee maintenance of buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, furniture, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for AMC and repairs.

4. Transport, Safety & Compliance

  • Oversee school transport operations, route planning, vehicle maintenance, and safety norms.
  • Ensure compliance with CBSE, education department, and local authority regulations.
  • Supervise security systems, CCTV, access control, fire safety, and emergency protocols.

5. Procurement & Inventory Management

  • Handle procurement of stationery, uniforms, equipment, and administrative supplies.
  • Maintain inventory records, vendor documentation, and purchase approvals.
  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing and budget control.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain statutory records, licenses, and compliance documents.
  • Prepare administrative reports for management review.
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and official visits.

7. Parent & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Address administrative concerns raised by parents and staff.
  • Support admissions, fee-related coordination, and school communication processes.
  • Act as a liaison between management, faculty, vendors, and parents.

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in school administration or institutional management.
  • Strong understanding of CBSE school operations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing large teams and multiple departments.

Skills Required

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations effectively.
  • Knowledge of school ERP systems, documentation, and reporting.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
