Gurgaon (Onsite)We're looking for a Senior Ad Strategist on behalf of our client - a hands-on paid media expert who thrives on solving complex growth problems through data, creative testing, and automation. You'll lead campaign strategy and execution across Meta Ads and other major platforms, directly impacting client performance and shaping our client's paid media practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end paid media campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta Ads and other key platforms
  • Collaborate closely with business consultants to translate strategic goals into actionable media plans
  • Drive data-driven audience targeting, creative testing, and bid management to maximize campaign ROI
  • Implement and troubleshoot advanced tracking setups (GTM, Meta Pixel, APIs) to ensure accurate measurement
  • -Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and scale campaign performance
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the team's capabilities
  • Continuously refine campaign playbooks and frameworks that drive client growth and agency success

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of hands-on paid media experience, primarily with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client portfolios
  • Strong technical understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, Conversion API)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and apply insights effectively
  • Experience using AI tools, automation, or light scripting to improve campaign efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical details into business outcomes
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution, funnel measurement, and blended ROAS
  • Experience working with D2C, SaaS, or healthcare brands
  • Proficiency with tools such as Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Slack, and Asana/ClickUp
