Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Ad Strategist — a hands-on paid media specialist with deep expertise in Meta/Facebook Ads and a strategic understanding of multi-platform advertising. This role involves owning end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and scalable advertising outcomes.

The ideal candidate is analytical, innovative, and confident in translating data insights into actionable strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Drive performance marketing initiatives aligned with client business goals.
• Execute advanced creative testing, audience segmentation, bidding, and funnel optimization strategies.
• Manage tracking and measurement infrastructure, including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs.
• Continuously analyze performance data and generate actionable insights for optimization.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and analytics to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with consultants, creative teams, and analysts to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure consistent execution quality.
• Stay updated with evolving advertising trends, technologies, and platform changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads (cross-channel experience preferred).
• Proven expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from metrics and performance reports.
• Proficiency in tracking tools, ad platforms, and automation technologies.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading a small performance team is an advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
