What will your mission be?

You will support and manage accounts, banking, and admin activities, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Accounts

• Posting and managing entries for Purchase, Sales, Statutory Payments and other transactions.

• Preparing Cash Flow Statements, Collections & Payment Reports.

• Preparing Stock Statements and Reports.

• Reviewing expense vouchers and supporting documents.

• Maintaining petty cash records.

• Preparing monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.

• Coordinating with Chartered Accountants for GST returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B), GST Reconciliation, TDS, and other statutory liabilities.

Banking

• Managing online and offline payments, including imports, vendors, and statutory payments.

• Coordinating with relationship managers for banking activities.

HR & Administration

• Maintaining employee attendance and leave records, liaising with Chartered Accountant for monthly salary processing.

• Managing office and administrative purchases.

• Supporting in drafting legal agreements and documents.

What do we need from you?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom, BBA, CFA Level 1 or similar).

• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, Tally & Navision.

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.

• Efficient, accurate, and reliable with a result-oriented mindset.

• Open and communicative personality that inspires confidence.
