What will your mission be?

You will augment and manage the Warehousing activities, EXIM documentation & sales administration. Your responsibilities will include:


To manage warehousing activities

Inspection of Incoming trade materials

Inventory control

Logistics

Communication with CHA (clearing &Handling agent) for custom clearance of cargo

Negotiate WAREHOUSING, INSURANCE & TRANSPORTATION CONTRACTS.

Inclined to learn basics about trading materials.

Should be conversant to Tally® System

Database management for all warehouse related transactions


Sales administration

To manage Purchase & Sales operations for sales various minor metals & Chemicals

Issuing Purchase Order & Sales Order in Navision

Issuing the Sales Shipping Docs

Communicating with Supplier, Customer & overseas office

Communicating with shipping lines & CHAs, in case of problems

Database Management for all sales

End to end management of Trade



What do we need from you?

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Outlook.
  • Clear, professional communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • An open, communicative style that inspires confidence.
  • Efficient, accurate, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented with a practical, problem-solving mindset.
