Senior Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end accounting function

  for US operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Oversee

  month-end and year-end closing activities

  , including depreciation, accruals, and prepaids.
• Review and finalize

  quarterly and annual financial statements

  in compliance with US GAAP.
• Ensure timely filing of

  US tax compliances

  (including 1099 and other statutory requirements).
• Manage

  banking operations, loan reconciliations, and covenant calculations

  .
• Provide

  financial analysis, projections, and management reporting

  for decision-making.
• Partner with internal teams and external auditors, ensuring

  audit readiness and smooth coordination

  .
• Mentor and guide the accounting team, building capabilities for

  US client servicing and global compliance

  .
• Act as a key liaison for

  cross-border accounting operations

  and ensure smooth communication across geographies.

Qualifications & Skills

• CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

  or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum

  12–15 years of experience

  , with at least 5+ years in

  US Accounting leadership roles

  .
• Proven expertise in

  QuickBooks, Xero, and ERP systems

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  US GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks

  .
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to coordinate across global teams.
• Demonstrated

  team management and leadership skills

  .
