About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant Manager to lead our finance operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background, proven leadership skills, and a track record in managing large-scale financial operations. E-commerce experience will be a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee all accounting operations.

* Finalize financial statements and ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, IT).

* Manage budgets, cash flows, and forecasts.

* Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

* Improve internal financial controls and processes.

* Provide actionable financial insights to management.

* Oversee e-commerce sales reconciliation from multiple platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).

* Manage payment gateway settlements, commission tracking, and chargeback handling.

* Monitor and verify marketplace fee deductions, returns, and refunds.

* Coordinate with the e-commerce operations team for stock, dispatch, and billing accuracy.

Requirements:

* M.Com, MBA, CA, or any finance-related background

* 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

* Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance.

* Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

* Leadership and problem-solving skills.

* Prior e-commerce accounting experience is an added advantage.
