Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting & Finance

• Oversee and review bookkeeping for Infinite Labs Digital and affiliated in-house businesses
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close under US GAAP
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Own chart of accounts structure and financial reporting consistency across entities

Tax & Compliance

• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for businesses and owners
• Maintain active

  IRS PTIN (P-Number)

  and sign tax returns as paid preparer
• Manage estimated tax calculations, projections, and tax planning
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and advisors as needed
• Ensure compliance with IRS, state, and local tax regulations

Public Company & SEC Reporting

• Prepare or support preparation of

  10-Q and 8-K filings

• Assist with disclosures, footnotes, and supporting schedules
• Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and external reporting teams
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with SEC reporting standards

Business Analytics & Forecasting

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projections
• Support leadership with scenario analysis and growth planning
• Analyze trends, margins, cash flow, and unit economics
• Provide insights that support strategic decisions for both internal businesses and clients

Client Accounting & Advisory

• Service external clients with accounting, reporting, and financial insights
• Act as a senior point of contact for complex accounting and tax questions
• Review work produced by junior accountants or offshore teams
• Ensure client deliverables meet professional and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• CPA strongly preferred; EA acceptable

  combined with deep GAAP and public-company experience
• Authorized to prepare and sign US tax returns

Experience

• Direct experience with publicly listed companies

  , specifically:
• 10-Q filings
• 8-K filings
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Proven experience handling multi-entity accounting structures
• Experience preparing and reviewing business tax returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065 as applicable)

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Ability to build forecasts and projections independently
• Understanding of revenue recognition, accruals, and financial controls

Operational Expectations

• Can operate with minimal supervision
• Comfortable owning outcomes, deadlines, and compliance
• Experience reviewing and managing junior or offshore accounting teams
