The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial record keeping, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning. Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and other relevant taxes. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare audit schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Monitor invoicing, collections, and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timely transactions. Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, deductions, and statutory compliance. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and reports to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for cost savings. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring alignment with accounting principles. Advisory Services: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and improve financial performance. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements. Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Equivalent qualification. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate, and at least 2 years of experience in a CA firm. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and team management ability.
