Your daily grind will include: · Engaging with international clients via inbound and outbound calls. · Answering queries and showcasing our top-tier services with clarity and confidence. · Keeping track of interactions, feedback, and client preferences. · Identifying fresh leads and contributing to business growth. · Listening to client feedback and turning it into action. Pitching service upgrades that meet evolving client needs.
