Candidates with strong accounting knowledge and logistics/transport experience are preferred. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: 📊 Financial Statements & Reporting: Manage & finalize monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements (GAAP/IFRS compliant). Ensure accuracy in P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow reports. Prepare MIS reports with key financial metrics & variance analysis for senior management. 📘 Accounting Operations: Oversee General Ledger (GL), journal entries & reconciliations. Review & approve invoices, payment runs & credit notes. Monitor petty cash & prepare expense reports. Maintain accurate accounting records & documentation. 🤝 Vendor & Internal Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, clients & internal teams regarding payments, billing & reconciliation. Ensure timely resolution of finance-related issues. 📌 Requirements 🎓 Education & Experience: Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent). Minimum 5 years experience (10–11 years preferred in Transport/Logistics). 💻 Technical Skills: Strong MS Excel skills (Advanced level). Proficient in Tally & financial reporting.
