Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Roongta Developers, located in Surat. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, including maintaining and reconciling ledger accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities also include budgeting, forecasting, managing statutory returns, and supporting audits. Collaboration with various departments to optimize financial performance and workflows will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Knowledge of tax regulations, statutory returns, and audit processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
