Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the preparation of accurate financial reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage complex financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
• Oversee internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Assist in implementing and improving accounting systems and processes.
• Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance/training when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/CA/CPA preferred).
• Proven experience (5–8 years) in accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
