New Vinco Corporation is a leading FMCG distribution and manufacturing company dealing in spice powders, beverages, and condiments, with its own fleet of delivery vans and strong presence across Kerala.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, practical experience with ERP systems (Zoho/Bizom preferred), and the ability to lead a small accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and coordinate with banks.

• Ensure GST, TDS, and income tax compliance including timely filing and reconciliation.

• Conduct inventory valuation and stock audit coordination with operations and factory teams.

• Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial clarity and compliance.

• Implement cost control measures and support management in budgeting and forecasting.

• Supervise and guide junior accountants and support automation of accounting processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or distribution.

• Proficiency in Zoho Books / Tally / ERP systems.

• Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and compliance.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
