Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role located in Agra. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day duties include reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports for management. The role also involves supporting audits, creating financial forecasts, and collaborating with other teams on financial planning and decision-making processes. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Taxation, and Compliance regulations Experience with Accounting Software and Financial Management Tools Attention to detail with skills in Financial Planning and Audit Support Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred) Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
