Job Description

MLOPS Solutions is hiring for multiple positions for one of our reputed Real Estate clients.

Open Positions (Real Estate Industry):

1. Admin / Receptionist (2–3 Years)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and administrative activities efficiently.
  • Handle calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
  • Schedule meetings and support day-to-day office operations.
  • Assist with documentation and basic facility management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in real estate office administration is an added advantage.

2. Sales Manager (8–12 Years)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve project revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for residential or commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in real estate sales management.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

3. Accountant (5–9 Years)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and compliance activities.
  • Prepare MIS reports and support audits.
  • Coordinate with management on budget and financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or Accounting.
  • Real estate accounting experience mandatory.
  • Proficient in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting.

4. CRM Executive (5–8 Years)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships post-sales.
  • Handle documentation, payment follow-ups, and handover coordination.
  • Address client concerns and ensure smooth communication.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate CRM operations.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

5. Pre-Sales Executive (1–3 Years, Female)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and generate qualified leads.
  • Schedule site visits and maintain CRM records.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for client follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in real estate or tele-sales preferred.

6. Graphic Designer (with Video Editing Skills, 8+ Years)

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing designs for brochures, social media, and print ads.
  • Edit videos for property promotions and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all media assets.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
  • Prior experience in real estate marketing design preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,913.21 - ₹48,468.54 per month
