Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in New Delhi. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and managing financial reporting processes. Key daily tasks include reconciling accounts, managing budgets, processing payroll, preparing tax filings, and supporting audits. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance and cost management.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting skills, including financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation
• Expertise in tax compliance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar platforms)
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector
