Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities✅ Accounting & Compliance

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including billing, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare and review financial statements – P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Ensure accurate GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Handle monthly and annual closing activities.

✅ SKU Costing & Inventory Accounting

• Calculate SKU-wise cost by incorporating:
• Product purchase cost
• Shipping and logistics charges
• Import/customs duty (if applicable)
• Warehousing and packaging costs
• E-commerce platform commission and fees
• Maintain accurate SKU cost sheets and update regularly.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for physical and book stock reconciliation.

✅ E-commerce Finance Operations

• Reconcile sales, returns, and commissions across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Monitor cash flow and platform settlements.
• Track marketing and promotion spends linked to specific SKUs.

✅ Financial Planning & Reporting

• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports with SKU profitability.
• Support audit, internal reviews, and cost-control initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail company.
• Solid knowledge of SKU-wise costing, inventory accounting, and e-commerce finance workflows.
• Experience with Odoo, Zoho Books, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and reconciliation tools.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial compliances.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
