To support our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead and strengthen our finance team.

Role Summary

The Senior Accountant will oversee the financial health of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting operations. This role involves managing the accounting team, preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day accounting operations and supervise junior accountants.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.

Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.

Develop and implement internal financial controls and processes.

Collaborate with management to provide financial forecasts, budgets, and reports.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CA/CPA/CMA certification (preferred).

58 years of proven experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
