Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Accountant

Odoo ERP

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage day-to-day accounts including vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliations via Odoo

Maintain accurate books of accounts across multiple entities and business lines

Track petty cash, credit card expenses, and client receivables

2. Statutory Compliance

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns with CA coordination

Experience managing UAE invoicing, VAT, or cross-border payments

Maintain all supporting documentation and audit trails

Assist in coordinating quarterly/year-end audits

3. Bank & Financial Reconciliations

Perform monthly bank, vendor, and internal reconciliations

Oversee fund flow and working capital tracking across accounts

Maintain vendor ledgers and client ageing reports

4. Financial Reporting & Forecasting

Generate monthly MIS reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

Assist business heads in budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis

Prepare project-wise cost reports and profitability tracking

5. Client & Vendor Coordination

Follow up on client payments and ensure invoicing compliance

Coordinate with vendors to validate invoices and manage payouts

Support leadership with payment schedules and financial inputs

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP (Accounting Module is a must)

Fluency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting formats

In-depth understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS

Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

4–6 years of experience

Prior experience in events, rentals, or service-led businesses is preferred
