Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Vadodara. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing audits, preparing financial statements, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves detailed analysis of financial data, reconciliation of accounts, and collaboration with other departments to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Accounting, Financial Statements, and Budgeting
• Experience in Auditing, Compliance, and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Professional certification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
