Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and manage social media marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for utilizing web analytics tools to track and optimize marketing efforts, and develop strategies to enhance Curelo’s online presence and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Experience with Web Analytics tools and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, and BI tools.
• Excellent understanding of digital trends, performance marketing, and online customer journeys.
• Creative mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
