Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into the company's financial health.

• Auditing and Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance, identifying areas for improvement.

• Taxation Advisory: Offer guidance on tax planning and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

• Financial Advisory: Provide insights to aid in strategic financial decision-making, including financial forecasting and risk analysis.

• Account Management: Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts and projections to help businesses make informed decisions.

• Team Management: Mentor and train junior accounting staff, providing guidance on best practices and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Certifications: CA/CPA certification is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience.

• Gender: Both males and females can apply.

• Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software is required.

Skills:

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify areas for improvement.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial information.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.

• Financial Regulations: Knowledge of financial regulations, taxation laws, and accounting principles (GAAP).
