With a focus on design excellence and execution, we serve high-end clients, architects, and developers. We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to lead our accounts and finance function. Role Overview The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and internal controls of the company. The role requires someone detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing day-to-day financial operations as well as supporting management in decision-making. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards. Record day-to-day transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, assets, payroll, etc.). Oversee accounts payable and receivable. Financial Management Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements. Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund utilization. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Taxation & Compliance Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities. Maintain compliance with company law and statutory requirements. Controls & Reporting Implement and monitor internal financial controls. Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management review. Highlight cost-saving opportunities and financial risks. Team Coordination Supervise junior accounts staff (if any). Work closely with the procurement, projects, and sales teams to reconcile accounts. Key Skills & Requirements Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting (preferably in interiors, construction, furniture, or related industry). Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting standards. Familiarity with GST, TDS, Income Tax. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
